T3 have reviewed ViewSonic’s Pro 8300, Full HD projector in the magazine’s August 2012 edition.
Focussing on the business market, they identify the need for a high definition (1080p), 3,000 lumen projector that is viewable in “virtually any setting” to get rid of the usual complaints of “I can’t see it, it’s too light in here”. The 4000:1 contrast ratio and “a battery of digital image-buffing technologies for under a grand” help it to fill that gap. Coupled with a wide range of connection options, such as dual HDMI input ports, it even positions it to be suitable for educational and home theatre use.
