ViewSonic’s 3 year ‘Swap’ warranty and what it means for you

ViewSonic now have a 3 year on-site warranty available for all projectors which sounds great, but what does it mean? ViewSonic will send a courier out to your home/ office to collect your projector, swap it out and will even replace your lamp if it breaks! Find out more below.

Will ViewSonic come to me?

The 3 year On-Site warranty is total peace of mind that in the unlikely event your new ViewSonic projector breaks within the first 3 years of ownership, a courier will come out to your home, office or classroom to swap it for a working model, upgraded or new version for you.

Will ViewSonic replace my projector?

As long as the projector has been used under what ViewSonic consider to be normal conditions and it has only been subject to fair wear-and-tear, they will happily swap it out for a fully functional version, new or upgraded version for you if a repair is not possible.

How long will my lamp last?

If you have owned your projector for less than 12 months and the lamp that it came with has broken, you are entitled to claim a free lamp for ViewSonic.
