Orders placed before 2.30 are guaranteed to be delivered within the above delivery times. If after 2.30 please call us on 0845 121 8800 or email enquiries@personalprojector.co.uk as it may be possible to still deliver even up to 5pm. All UK and EU shipping costs exclude vat. Rest of world and non EU countries do not pay any UK vat (15% rising to 17.5% from Jan 1st 2010).

Returns

We offer a simple and easy returns service providing you with complete piece of mind and all our products come with a 12 month warranty. In the event of any returns simply contact us on 0845 121 8800 to arrange the return and obtain the correct return address for your product (please do not return packages without phoning or emailing first).

To avoid buying a projector that does not suit your needs we strongly advise you to call us before purchase so we can advise you on the best pico projector for your needs and environment. There are many instances where pico projectors are not suitable applications such as in bright light conditions, outdoors or in direct sunlight.

Its worth noting that pico projectors are not as bright as traditional projectors and should always be purchased with this in mind – they are designed to be portable, easy to use and flexible enough so the user can move to a room where the lighting conditions can easily be changed to either a dark or medium light environment. In general the more expensive the pico projector the brighter the projector will be and due to their miniscule size, pico/micro or pocket projectors are NOT a replacement for traditional projectors and must be purchased for use in the right conditions.

When returning any package you must ensure all goods are properly packaged and boxed prior to return as any damaged goods cannot be accepted. You must pay for any return postage costs. Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded.

Returning Non faulty goods:Unlike many high street retailers or online shops we do allow returns even if the product has been opened and used for testing purposes subject to it being returned in pristine condition with all the packaging. You have 7 days to apply for a refund (if the goods are faulty see below). Once you have emailed Personal Projector (enquries@personalprojector.co.uk) and notified them of your return you have 7 working days to return the product. A refund will be provided within 30 days. You can either arrange a free exchange for another product or request a refund. After 7 days, returns will only be accepted in the event the goods are faulty. Only one exchange can be made per customer per order.

Returning Faulty Goods: If within the warranty period please contact us on 0845 121 8800. We will inform you where the goods need to be returned so we can arrange a repair.

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 7 days of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please note, in cases of claiming for damage the product and the packaging must be retained for inspection, otherwise this will invalidate any claim submitted.

If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner or without pristine packaging, Personal Projector at it's discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or Personal Projector can charge the customer a sum equivalent to the replacement cost of the missing item - this can include small items such as manuals, cables, batteries, styli, etc. If we cannot replace the missing items then Personal Projector may charge the customer a fee to compensate Personal Projector for any replacements.

VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes

All prices listed on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

VAT is charged on all shipping costs including postage and packaging.

For all countries outside of the EU, for example USA, Switzerland or Taiwan - no VAT is charged.

Our VAT registration number is  GB 939 712589.

Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import. You should always confirm what the import tax and duties will be before placing your order, these charges will normally be accepted by the courier used to deliver your goods and passed on to you at the point of delivery. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Please note this charge is levied by your government not by Personal Projector and we have no control over it. If you or someone acting on your behalf rejects the goods at the point of delivery then Personal Projector Limited will charge you for all the associated delivery and administration charges.

Delivery
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

We use a range of courier services but mainly Parcelforce and Royal Mail for next day UK and international services. For standard delivery we also use HDN. We reserve the right to change these services at any time. Both Parcelforce and Royal Mail in the UK provide excellent services which allow you to select re-deliveries and even collect from a local post office.

All items are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any item ordered at any time and provide you with a full refund.

When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment as soon as we have investigated with the courier.

Where an incorrect address has been given to Personal Projector Limited with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.
All deliveries are made from the Personal Projector offices in the United Kingdom.

Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. If a PO address is used in the address and it is returned to us you must pay for the redelivery costs to another address as its not possibleto manually check all addresses for PO addresses. This applies particularly to Cyprus or countries where PO box is used as standard term on the address.
