UK - We offer fast delivery worldwide including a range of timed delivery options in the UK including before 12pm and before 9am as well as Next Day (before 6pm). International - All goods are shipped from the UK. Our warehouse is situated next to Birmingham airport to ensure the fastest delivery speeds possible.
EU (including Channel Islands) - 2-5 working days
USA/Canada - 3-5 working days
Rest of the world - 3-7 working days.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
We use a range of courier services and all UK deliveries are sent mainly via DHL and occasionally via Parcelforce or Royal Mail. For international services we use a variery of couriers incuding Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Fedex, UPS and DHL. We reserve the right to change these services at any time. We can offer bespoke quotes for international deliveries on request.
All items are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel any item ordered at any time and provide you with a full refund.
When we deliver your items to you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment as soon as we have investigated with the courier.
Where an incorrect address has been given to Personal Projector Limited with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please sign the consignment document 'UNCHECKED', as we cannot otherwise accept any claims for damage in transit.
All deliveries are made from the Personal Projector offices in the United Kingdom.
Deliveries are made by courier and require a signature on delivery, for this reason, it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address. If a PO address is used in the address and it is returned to us you must pay for the redelivery costs to another address as its not possibleto manually check all addresses for PO addresses. This applies particularly to Cyprus or countries where PO box is used as standard term on the address
We offer a simple and easy returns service providing you with complete piece of mind and all our products come with a 12 month warranty. In the event of any returns simply contact us on 0845 121 8800 to arrange the return and obtain the correct return address for your product (please do not return packages without phoning or emailing first).
To avoid buying a projector that does not suit your needs we strongly advise you to call us before purchase so we can advise you on the best pico projector for your needs and environment. There are many instances where pico projectors are not suitable applications such as in bright light conditions, outdoors or in direct sunlight.
Its worth noting that pico projectors are not as bright as traditional projectors and should always be purchased with this in mind – they are designed to be portable, easy to use and flexible enough so the user can move to a room where the lighting conditions can easily be changed to either a dark or medium light environment. In general the more expensive the pico projector the brighter the projector will be and due to their miniscule size, pico/micro or pocket projectors are NOT a replacement for traditional projectors and must be purchased for use in the right conditions. However Palm or Portable Pro range of projectors are more in line with a traditional projector's brightness levels.
When returning any package you must ensure all goods are properly packaged and boxed prior to return as any damaged goods cannot be accepted. You must pay for any return postage costs. Only packages returned in pristine condition with all packaging can be exchanged or refunded.
Returning Non faulty goods:Unlike many high street retailers or online shops we do allow returns for most of our projectors even if the product has been opened and used for testing purposes subject to it being returned in pristine condition with all the packaging.
Please note due to restrictions imposed on us by certain manufacturers we cannot accept non faulty returns of any projector models from Optoma, Viewsonic, Casio, Philips or Aiptek therefore please be very careful to check the specification and product before purchasing as you may not be able to return them. In certain cases and at the companies discretion goods maybe accepted back with a 20% restock fee. All other models of projector can be returned within 7 days as per the terms below.
Goods that are returned for repair in December/ January may incur an extra 2/3 weeks processing time due to Chinese new year and other holidays.
Returning Faulty Goods: If within the warranty period please contact us on 0845 121 8800. We will inform you where the goods need to be returned so we can arrange a repair. Please DO NOT send to any of the addresses marked on the website or this will considerably delay your return.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 7 days of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time. Please note, in cases of claiming for damage the product and the packaging must be retained for inspection, otherwise this will invalidate any claim submitted.
If any goods are returned in an incomplete manner or without pristine packaging, Personal Projector at it's discretion can either reject the returned item as incomplete and return the goods at the customers expense, or Personal Projector can charge the customer a sum equivalent to the replacement cost of the missing item - this can include small items such as manuals, cables, batteries, styli, etc. If we cannot replace the missing items then Personal Projector may charge the customer a fee to compensate Personal Projector for any replacements.
